Hi all,
We had a great day visiting with Kylah, Melissa, and Chris for Kylah's 5th birthday party at a park in the quiet San Lorenzo River valley. We of course were stuck in 17 traffic in each direction, but the extra wait was worth it!

Down from the park we found a hidden beach, pulled out the inner tubes and, [zing] the kids were in the water! We spent a nice afternoon on the creek, then retired to the Redwood Pizzeria, where we watched the Giants lose their second game in a row to Cincinnati, boo! We've been enjoying watching baseball, too - went out to AT&T Park two weekends ago to see a game with the Dewilde-Casswells (sorry, no pictures).

Anyway, hope all is well out there, next weekend off to the Sierra for some camping with the Trail clan.
